German Tourist Were Killed in Samui at a Scooter Accident
On Sunday night 2 german tourist was killed at a scooter accident with a russian expat inside his SUV.
The accident happened arund 9 p.m. in the evennng near the samui court on the famous Thaweerat Phakdee road.
Mr. Oleg Belikov age 45, which drove the SUV told the police that the 2 german citizens take over on an pickup and smashed directly headon inside the car.
Police is investigating on the case and watch if the russian expat got any fault on this case for reckless driving.
