Two Days Ban a Week of Sun Umbrellas at Pattaya Beaches

Pattaya City hall is working on a plan how to get the beach of Pattaya and Jomtien more clean and relaxed for the tourists.

They directly wanna stop the sun umbrealla crews and food sellers to be on the beach on every wednesday and thrusday to give the beach back to the tourists and also get the beach again more clean.

On these days the cleaning team also should clean the beaches and Police will walk around to check if everything is keeping clean.

The New rules say's:

1. All 118 operators of sun umbrellas can't choose anymore where they want to stay, the city hall will tell them instead. It also will be only 1 person allowed to work there.

2. Once a year it will give a lottery where they get a ticket which says on which part of the beach they can stay.

3. None of the Business operators can let there chairs, tables and sun umrellas stay on the beach at wednesday and thursday, the have to put everything away on a tuesday evening.

4. Business operators can't sell and eat anymore directly on the beach to keep it clean, they also cant put there tables there anymore so there will be no chance that they sell there food.
