Zad Club at KhaoSan Busted by Army and Facing Five Year Closure

Another late night club located at khao san road was busted in the early houres this saturday by the military.

50 officers from the special operaton department raided zad club at 2 a.m. following of a tip from media thairath who broadcast the raid live on Facebook.

Lots of the clubbers tested positiv on drugs and even more tested positiv on underage, even the club is only 500 meter located away from the Police station.

Police is asking ther self now how this business can opperate illegal right in front of there nose.

66 peron tested that night to be positiv on drugs and 59 of the customers was underage.

The special army team found many sachets of small packets filled with ketamine and marijuana.

The owner of th club faces now a lot of charges, including operating without a license, serving alcohol to minors, dont having any alcohol license and breaking many fire safety regulations.
